🛰️ 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the VoidTracker bot (“Service”), developed and maintained by B. Softworks. By adding the Bot to your server or interacting with it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
🛠️ 2. Description of Service
VoidTracker is a free utility bot for the game Warframe, focused on monitoring Void Fissures, organizing squads, tracking loot and hosting a riven listing marketplace. The service is provided “as is”.
🚫 3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the bot’s infrastructure.
- Spam commands or engage in any harmful activity.
- Post fraudulent, misleading or real-money-trading listings in the riven marketplace.
💰 4. Riven Marketplace
Riven listings are user-generated content. Trades are negotiated between players and completed inside Warframe, under Digital Extremes’ own rules. VoidTracker is not a party to any trade, holds no items or currency, and offers no escrow or guarantee. Listings that violate these Terms may be removed and their authors banned from the marketplace.
☕ 5. Donations & Riven Slot Tokens
VoidTracker is funded by voluntary donations (Buy Me a Coffee). Donations may grant riven slot tokens as a thank-you; tokens are not a purchase of goods or services, hold no monetary value and are non-transferable. Issues with token crediting are resolved in our support server.
🛡️ 6. Limitation of Liability
VoidTracker depends on the availability of Digital Extremes’ (Warframe) official APIs and other third-party services. B. Softworks is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party failures or indirect damages.
🎮 7. Trademarks
VoidTracker is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Digital Extremes. Warframe and all related marks are property of Digital Extremes Ltd.
📝 8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
