🛰️ 1. Data Collection
Your data privacy is critically important. VoidTracker collects only what is necessary for its operation:
- Server/Channel IDs: to know where to send configured alerts.
- User IDs: for squad organization, ratings and the riven marketplace.
- Settings: language, permissions and monitor configuration.
- Riven listings: the weapon/stats you confirm and the screenshot you attach (stored so buyers can see the real card).
- Command usage telemetry: which command was used, by whom and when — automatically deleted after 180 days.
- Donation references: the minimum needed to credit riven slot tokens from a Buy Me a Coffee supporter (no card or payment data ever touches the bot).
🛠️ 2. Use of Information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Send mission alerts.
- Manage member entry and exit in squads, and squad ratings.
- Publish and manage your riven listings.
- Credit donation tokens.
- Monitor bot stability and improve features (technical logs).
🔒 3. Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a private MongoDB database with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
🌐 4. Third-Party Services
The bot interacts with the following platforms:
- Discord API: for messaging.
- Warframe APIs (Digital Extremes, warframestat.us, tenno.tools): for game data.
- warframe.market: for item price data (no user data sent).
- OCR.space: your riven screenshot is sent for text extraction when you use
/riven_add. It is processed and not retained by us beyond the listing you approve. - Buy Me a Coffee: to verify donations and credit tokens.
- Top.gg: global statistics only (number of servers).
🗑️ 5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Monitoring data is deleted when you stop the monitor.
- Squads and temporary data are deleted after 3 hours.
- Command telemetry is deleted after 180 days.
- Riven listings (including the screenshot) are deleted when you remove them.
- Server settings are retained after the bot is removed (so your config survives a re-invite). You can request total deletion at any time in our support server.
